Summary
Please note: Availability is based on your company's package with Whistic, please contact your Customer Success Manager for questions.
The option 'Send from Domain' improves email deliverability and response time for your assessment requests and security profile shares coming from Whistic, by having the Whistic emails sent to your customers and vendors from your own domain, rather than info@whistic.com.
When enabled, this also allows the recipient to reply to the emails to ask clarifying questions, which may also speed up the security assessment process. See the screenshot below.

FAQ
How come the email I received from SendGrid to set up the DNS records contains 5 CNAME records?
SendGrid has a complex system for maintaining SPF and DKIM records and cycling keys, and also provides deliverability tracking so that we can tell if our customers know if the emails aren't being delivered. They use different CNAME records for all of these different functions. Please see documentation from Sendgrid regarding CNAME record for further clarity: https://www.twilio.com/docs/sendgrid/ui/account-and-settings/how-to-set-up-domain-authentication#cnames
