Table of Contents
We call them Issues, but your organization might prefer a different name. Rather than confuse what these are called between platforms, Whistic allows you to rename what this feature is called to better align with your organization's terminology.
⚙️ How to Change Issue Naming
- Navigate to Assess Settings
- Scroll to the Issue Name Settings section
- From the dropdown, select your preferred terminology:
- Cases
- Findings
- Gaps
- Risks
- Tasks
- Tickets
Once saved, the selected terminology will immediately replace "Issues" throughout your Whistic account, including:
- Main navigation menu
- Page headers and titles
- Reporting and analytics
- Email notifications
- Vendor summary pages
- Assessment questionnaires
