Summary
Manage your email reminder preferences for Questionnaire Requests and Whistic Trust Center Shares. This option is automatically enabled but it can be disabled or re-enabled at any time.
Rather than send reminder emails until an action is complete, the reminders will stop after about a month. This for both assessment and Trust Center requests and the cadence is as follows:
- 5 reminders within 32 days
- Specifically on days 2, 7, 12, 22 & 32
A few things to remember:
- Each user is able to do this for themselves, regardless of permissions
- You will still be sent the initial notification, but there are no additional notifications afterward
📬 All Personal Reminders
Go to My Profile Settings, found in the top right corner.
A window will appear. Under My Profile tab, you can disable or enable the emails from the Reminder Emails slider.
🔔 Transactional Reminders
Another option is to find the reminder notification unsubscribe option in the email you received. This link will automatically redirect to a confirmation page and unsubscribe you from reminders for this specific transaction.
Reminder Unsubscribing Confirmation Example:
"You've been unsubscribed from this email. You will no longer be reminded that your vendor wants to share their Security Trust Center with you."
In some cases, emails stating "You are being notified because of how you set up user roles as an administrator" can be ignored. This notification is simply to help you and your team collaborate as needed.
If your email notification unsubscribe link is missing, you may find it helpful to turn off all personal reminders (see above) or use an email filter.

Why does my Whistic email notification look weird?
