Summary
As a security platform, registration is required prior to accessing information in Whistic. You may have received an invitation to register as the result of:
- A security questionnaire request.
- A Whistic Trust Center share (Security documents, assessments, certifications, etc.)
- A colleague requesting help to complete a security questionnaire
- Your company's Whistic administrator granting you access/privileges
🚀 Steps
1. Open the email invite. The specific content will vary depending on the reason for registration. Generally, it will include a button and link. Select the button link to begin registration.
2. A window will open that includes your basic information. Update the information as needed, create your password, agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then select Submit. The information that is greyed out was entered by the Whistic customer and cannot be changed.
Once you have submitted your registration, you are all set! Once logged in, the system will automatically open to the questionnaire request or Trust Center share. Otherwise, you can navigate to the Dashboard to get started.

What do I do if the company name or website URL is incorrect?
We recommend connecting with the organization that sent you an invite to access Whistic to clarify your company's name and domain. Should the domain be incorrect, the sender can update the information on their side to ensure you are added to the correct account in Whistic.
Why is a colleague's email in the "Your Company Email" field?
This is likely due to a colleague forwarding an email where they are the assigned user. If you click on a registration link and it is displaying a colleague's email, please have your colleague reassign the Trust Center share or questionnaire to you, so that you can register under the correct email address.
