Summary

Did you receive a questionnaire request through Whistic but don't know who sent it or why? Whistic provides security teams with convenient tools to assess the risk of their vendors. The email request, facilitated by Whistic, contains the name of the company that is requesting the security questionnaire.

If you would like to know more about the request, including who sent the request and their contact information, follow the simple guide below.

📋 Steps

1. Open the request from the email or from your Whistic Dashboard.
2. Once you have landed on the request page to begin filling out the questionnaire you will see a pane on the right hand side.
3. On the top right under 1) Questionnaire Requested, the Company and Requester information is listed.

Note: Contact information that is displayed may be user data that was gathered during the registration process. Please ensure that personal phone numbers are not listed.

If you are unable to locate the requester's information (due to registration), please reach out to the organization that requested the questionnaire directly and they can assist you.
