The Forgot Password feature is easy to use and available to any registered Whistic user. All you need is your email.
🔑 Steps
How to Reset Your Whistic Password
- On the main Whistic website, select Login from the upper right.
- Select Forgot Password?
- Follow the prompt and enter your email, then click Submit.
- A message will appear: You should receive an email shortly with further instructions.
- Open your email and look for a message titled: Confirmation: Password Reset Request from info@whistic.com. Select the Reset Password button in the email. This link will expire at the time specified in the email. The default is 48 hours.
- A new webpage will open. Enter and confirm the new password that meets the stated requirements, then Submit.

- You should be automatically logged in to your Whistic account. If you see the page below, just click our logo, click "log in" and enter your credentials.
If Whistic manually initiates this through our backend tool, the default link expiration is 12 hours. The searchable subject will be "Update Your Account" and the message "Your administrator has just requested that you update your Whistic account." Once you successfully reset the password, click the logo, then click "log in" and enter your credentials.
🔒 Changing your Whistic Password While Logged in
Below are simple, step-by-step instructions to walk you through changing your Whistic password, while you are already logged into Whistic:
- Click on your name in the top-right-hand corner and from the drop-down you will click on 'My Profile Settings':
- A box will pop up and you will choose 'Password'. You will have the option here to enter a new password and click 'Save'.

Why have I not received the email to reset my password?
- There may have been a typo in the email you provided. In this case, Whistic Support can assist with generating a new email or provide a temporary password.

- Please also be sure to check your junk/spam folder for the email from us.
- In the event your IT team has a filter/blocker/firewall, whitelisting *whistic.com may also help.
