Summary

In the case where the recipient of your assessment or trust center share expresses that they did not receive the email notification, you are able to access and share the manual registration link.

The manual registration link will bring them to a login or registration screen (depending on if they already have a Whistic account), and after authenticating, the assessment or trust center share.

In the following article you will find steps on how to locate the manual registration links for vendor assessments and trust center shares.

📋 Vendor Assessments

1. Click on Assess from the top menu > Vendors:

2. Locate the vendor and click on the line item to open the Vendor Details
3. Locate the outstanding assessment and select the Ellipsis (3 dot) menu > Vendor Registration Link:

4. A new pop-up will open with the link:

5. Copy the link and share it in an email with the vendor

🔗 Trust Center Shares

1. Click on Trust Center from the top menu and select Shares:

2. Locate the share recipient and click on the line

3. Click the link icon and the customer registration link will automatically be copied to your clipboard

4. Share that link in an email to the trust center recipient
