Summary
The registration process is typically very smooth. There are a few things to be aware of to ensure that you can complete the registration. Occasionally issues can arise that are related to unique factors such as browser type (and add-ons/extensions), internet connection, firewall, operating system, etc.

Where possible, we recommend using Whistic in the Google Chrome browser. The reason is that most of our customers already use this browser and we, therefore, optimize Whistic on Chrome. However, we continue to strive to make the experience as good as possible for any browser you choose. You can download Chrome on Google's website.
๐ต๏ธ Privacy Mode (Incognito)
Browsers often save information about you and websites you visit in order to speed up your experience, etc. However, sometimes this old and sometimes outdated information can cause issues and conflicts as we continue to update and improve Whistic. Most browsers come with an option to temporarily use the internet without this saved information. These are often called incognito or privacy tabs or windows. ๐งน Clearing Browser Information
We recommend this step last because it will clear out any saved information you may have in your browser such as passwords, etc. We want to avoid this for you if possible, however, occasionally it may be helpful. โ๏ธ Utilizing the Correct Email Address
For Example:
- You received the registration link to the following email: testemail@email.com.
- While registering, you input the email of tesemail@email.com or testemail@email.org
You will not receive the email verification link. The email you input needs to match the one you received in the registration link. Please double-check that it matches as this can be a common mistake.
๐ Pre-Filled Registration Form
If you receive a registration form that's pre-filled with someone else's information, this typically means the email was forwarded to you rather than sent directly. To ensure you're registered under your own email address, please take one of the following actions:
- Contact Support for assistance with proper registration
- Ask the original recipient to assign the assessment or Trust Center directly to your email address instead of forwarding
๐ฌ Junk / Spam
On rare occasions, the email will be sent to your junk or spam folders. So please check these areas as well. If your email is correct and you have checked your Junk and Spam folders, you will need to contact Whistic support to complete your registration by emailing us at support@whistic.com or calling us at 800.655.6905 x2.
