🔒 NDA Best Practices
- Secure your trust center behind an NDA. To learn more about creating an NDA, please click HERE.
- Whistic uses a clickthrough NDA or you can use NDAs from your DocuSign account with our DocuSign Integration.
- For the Whistic clickthrough NDA, if you're looking to upload your company specific NDA, the language may need to be adjusted to reflect that it will be a clickthrough NDA and remove signature lines.
- Accepted Whistic clickthrough NDAs can be viewed by both the Whistic Admin as well as a Whistic Trust Center recipient. You can view the executed NDA following the instructions HERE.
- NDAs accepted via DocuSign will be viewable via DocuSign, not available in Whistic. NDA Acceptance data and signer will be available to view in Whistic on the trust center and in reporting after the recipient has viewed the trust center.
- When updating your NDA, best practice is to edit the existing language/name rather than creating a new NDA.
Note: Any time an NDA is sent to a customer and they sign the NDA, they are all set for any future requests as well. Once accepted by one user at a specific company, that company is considered 'Accepted' from that point on.
