Summary

This integration provides a way to import individual vendor BitSight scores into Whistic!

Requirements

Please confirm with your Whistic contact that your account is qualified and prepared for setup, etc. You will need your own BitSight account.

Basic Setup & Usage

• Vendor Connection

Integration Connection:

1. BitSight Admin

   1. Create a BitSight account.

   2. Confirm that you have vendors listed (subscribed) within your BitSight account to then access later within Whistic.

      

   3. Create an API Token within that BitSight account (BitSight Guide here).

2. Whistic Admin

   1. Plug that token then into:
      Admin tools > Company Settings > Integrations > BitSight.

 

Vendor Connection:

1. Whistic Users (Permissions Required)

   1. Connect Vendor

      1. Edit a vendor.

      2. Click the pencil icon in the top right of the screen by "Pending".

      3. A pop up will appear that will show you a list of all your BitSight vendors.

      4. Select the one you want to associate with this vendor (screenshot below).

   2. View Data

      1. You will then see the score where "Pending" used to be.

      2. You will also see new data in 2 columns in the vendor catalog and reporting (BitSight Rating, BitSight Rating Date).
