Summary
In the newest version of the Whistic Salesforce package (HERE), you'll notice a 'Share Matrix' window in the top-right-hand corner of the Whistic App home page.
This feature allows you to grant specific Salesforce Profiles access to specific Whistic Trust Centers.
Table of Contents
⚙️ Steps
1. In order to set this up, you'll need to click 'Add' on the Share Matrix window
2. Select the Salesforce trust center that you want to set up. We select Custom: Support Profile for the example below:
3. Select the trust center(s) the Salesforce Profile should have access to. In this case, we chose CM Stage 2 Test profile, which is a profile used for Whistic's internal testing. When you set it up, you will see your company's trust centers.
4. Once the selection is saved, you will see a new line item where the Salesforce Profile and the Whistic profile are displayed.
Please note, in the example of the 'Account Executive' Salesforce Profile, it means that individuals in that group can only share the one profile listed (AAA Profile).
This also means that users who have access to the Whistic app in Salesforce and are NOT in that group can share all profiles.
