Summary
Once a Self-Assessment has been completed it can be added to your Whistic Trust Center as a completed questionnaire. These assessments can be attached directly to your Whistic Trust Center, allowing anyone viewing your Trust Center to see the results, along with any additional documents or files you've uploaded. This streamlined approach makes it easier to manage and share your security information, removing the bottleneck.

- Select Whistic Trust Center from the left navigation menu
- Choose a Trust Center or create a new one then select Edit

Scroll down to the Questionnaires section:
4. Choose the questionnaire and then select Submit. This can be done as many times as needed.
5. Once you have added the questionnaire select Done at the top of the page to save your changes before leaving the page. If you need to update the questionnaire that has been added, learn more HERE.
đī¸ Removing a Questionnaire
Should you need to remove a questionnaire from your Whistic Trust Center, follow the steps below to successfully remove a questionnaire.
Steps
- Select Whistic Trust Center from the left navigation menu
- Select a Trust Center
- Click Edit at the top-right
- Scroll down to the Questionnaires section
- On the Questionnaire you wish to remove, click on one of the trash icons:
- Confirm changes
- Click Done at the top of the screen once all changes are completed
âšī¸ Additional Information
Multi-Product support
- There's an architectural limitation with having the same questionnaire version in the Trust Center multiple times.
- The architecture team is working on a new Trust Center engine where we'll be able to offer other options for multi-product support in the future.
- The options for multi-product support currently are as follows:
- Option #1 - Create different Trust Centers, one for each product, and publish the appropriate questionnaire to each Trust Center. This requires the multi-Trust Center feature enabled for your account.
- Option #2 - Use Custom Questionnaire builder to create a duplicate of the questionnaire, name it according to the product, copy answers from the original questionnaire, change answers as needed, and complete the questionnaire as a self-assessment. Publish it to your Trust Center. This requires the questionnaire builder feature enabled for your account.
