Summary

As updated security questionnaire standards are released, Whistic will remind you to update your self-assessment to the most recent version. The reminder will only appear for questionnaire standards that you have completed, which now need an update.

🔄 Steps

For example, if you completed the CIS Top 20 Version 6.1 in the past, a reminder will appear to update your self-assessment to the CIS Top 20 Version 7.1 when it becomes available. The reminder will appear at the top of the questionnaire tile on the Questionnaire page as shown in the screenshots below.

Once you have filled out the most recent version of the questionnaire or changed information within the questionnaire, you can update the questionnaire on the Whistic Trust Center. To do this:

1. Navigate to the Whistic Trust Center page and locate the questionnaire that was recently updated. You will notice a small icon on the top right of the questionnaire tile.
    
2. Click on the questionnaire tile that displays the icon and a pop-up will display on the right side with the following message: Your company has an updated response for this questionnaire! To update this Trust Center with the recent version, update now!
    
3. Click Update
    

Once selected, a prompt will ask you to confirm the update to the newest version. After selecting Yes, this will automatically update the questionnaire to the newest version.

Note: Replacing questionnaires with the most recent version will remove previously embedded questionnaires. Don't forget to re-add them.
