Summary/Getting Started

By adding self-assessments like the CAIQ, VSA, and SIG Lite to your Trust Center, you can share this information once, reducing the need to repeatedly complete new requests. These assessments can be attached directly to your Whistic Trust Center, allowing anyone viewing your Trust Center to see the results, along with any additional documents or files you've uploaded. This streamlined approach makes it easier to manage and share your security information, removing the bottleneck.

📋 Steps

Log in to Whistic and then complete the steps below:

1. Select Trust Center from the top navigation menu and click on Self-Assessments:

   

2. Hover over the questionnaire you want to self-assess and select Self-Assessments. This will bring you to the questionnaire to be completed or it will bring you to a page where you can select which version to complete.

   
3. Fill out the questionnaire, notice the different tools available to help navigate the form and complete it:
   • Team Members - Collaborate with others, learn more here.
   • Collaborate - Assign questions to teammates, learn more here.
   • Jump To - This allows you to easily find various sections
   • First Unanswered, Next Unanswered AND Filter By - Allows filtering by Unanswered, Answered, etc.
   • Smart Response - Automate the questionnaire response process using information from documents and previously completed questionnaires in your Knowledge Base.

4. Once the questionnaire is complete it can be added to a Whistic Trust Center by first choosing 'Edit Trust Center':

   

5. After clicking the 'Edit Trust Center' button, you'll scroll down to the Questionnaires section of your Trust Center. Once there, you'll click on 'Questionnaire' on the right-hand side:

   

6. Removing a questionnaire (if needed) is just as easy. You simply go back to your Trust Center and click 'Edit Trust Center' first. You will scroll down to the Questionnaires section again and click the 'trash can' icon. The website will ask you if you're sure, you'll select 'Yes' to remove.
