Summary

Do you want to remind users who access your documents to use those documents responsibly?  Now PDF documents of Profile customers will be watermarked unless the company setting is toggled off.  

• PDF documents you have uploaded to Whistic will be watermarked with the user's email address and the date and time of access.
• If a recipient views the document from your Profile or via a Questionnaire share, the watermark will be applied.
• As a Whistic Admin, to view the watermark on a given PDF document, use the "Preview Profile" button and select a document to view.
• The following documents will not be watermarked:
  • Password protected documents
    • This includes PDFs that are not password protected for Read-only, but ARE password protected for Editing.
  • Encrypted Documents
  • Documents larger than 50MB
  • Any file type other than PDF

How to Disable Watermarking

• Go to Admin Tools -->  Company Settings --> Profile (Scroll down the page)
• Toggle off Watermarking
