Vendor Summary now includes CrowdConfidence scoring to help you quickly assess vendor risk at a glance. This scoring feature provides an objective, numerical assessment of your vendor's security posture based on their compliance responses.
Vendor Summary: Favorites
Focus on what matters most!
Create Favorites to indicate your most critical security questions and filter them instantly across any Vendor Summary and/or questionnaire. Our new Favorites feature helps you cut through the noise to focus on your top priorities.
Simply mark questions with a star in the Score Builder, then use quick filters to view only what's essential. Your starred questions appear in review tabs and will soon be exportable in reports.
Web Sources Automation for Vendor Summary
Web Sources automatically collects and displays the URL for the vendor's trust center and displays it on the vendor details page. It is also relevant security and privacy data, making it available to Whistic AI to help answer questions and populate Vendor Summaries.
The Web Sources for that vendor are automatically updated every 30 days, so you always have access to the latest information.

A dedicated Subprocessors tab has been added to Vendor Details. This searchable, sortable table is populated automatically from public web data every 30 days and supports manual additions. It's fully integrated with Smart Search, Vendor Summary, and Vendor Insights.

Customize Document Types
You can now create and manage your own document types—no more submitting support requests. Assign (or reassign) document types at any point during the review process and make edits as needed for greater flexibility and control.
Assessment Automation Upgrade: Renewal Cadence Enhancements
Renewal Cadence now supports multiple assessment cadences, document requests, multiple vendor contacts, and automatic questionnaire version updates. This brings it up to par with the functionality of regular assessment requests—just fully automated.
Assessment Status: Follows Furthest Progress
When an assessment has multiple sources in review, the overall status now reflects the source with the most progress—not the least. This gives a clearer and more accurate picture of how far along an assessment truly is.
New Dashboard Task List: Returned Requests Awaiting Review
A new task list shows all vendor requests that have been returned and are ready for your review. This makes it easier to identify and act on completed submissions without needing to search across multiple lists.
