Now you have Favorites.
Favorites helps you quickly identify and focus on the security controls that matter most to your organization. By marking questions as favorites, you can streamline your vendor assessment process and ensure critical security areas receive proper attention during reviews.
⭐ What Are Favorites?
Favorites allow you to mark specific questionnaire questions as high-priority items for your organization. Once marked, these questions become easily identifiable across your assessment workflow, helping you:
- Focus on what matters most during vendor reviews
- Streamline your assessment process by filtering to key security controls
- Create consistent evaluation criteria across all vendor assessments
- Generate focused reports highlighting your most important security questions
🔧 Setting Up Favorites
Administrators can mark questions as favorites when building custom questionnaires:
- Navigate to the Questionnaire page
- Hover over the Questionnaire
- Select 'Score Builder'
- Find the question you'd like to mark
- Select the Start icon, it will highlight when selected
- Continue selecting questions until complete. Each selection is saved automatically
- These settings now apply to all assessments using that questionnaire - both regular questionnaires and Vendor Summaries
📋 Using Favorites During Assessment Reviews
Vendor Summary Review Page
The Vendor Summary Review page now includes enhanced filtering options for favorites:
- Favorites filter: Select the Start at the top of the Favorites column to automatically show only those questions marked as Favorites.
- Quick access: Easily jump to your most important security controls
Questionnaire Review Page
When reviewing questionnaires manually, you can:
- Filter by favorites: Use the favorites filter to display only your priority questions
- Maintain focus: Stay concentrated on critical security areas during detailed reviews
📊 Finalizing and Reporting with Favorites
Final Review Tab
A new Favorites tab appears in the Final Review step, providing:
- Dedicated favorites section: All favorite questions and their answers are automatically populated
- Quality control: Ensure your most important security questions are addressed before finalizing
Export Options (Coming)
When generating final reports, you can:
- Include favorites section: Add a dedicated section in exported reports highlighting favorite questions and answers
- Executive summaries: Provide stakeholders with focused insights on your priority security controls
- Consistent reporting: Ensure all vendor assessments include evaluation of your core security requirements
Important Notes
- Questionnaire-level setting: Favorites are set at the questionnaire level, not per individual assessment or user
- No impact on scoring: Changes to favorites do not affect existing questionnaire scores or historical assessments
- Version considerations: When publishing new versions of custom questionnaires, you'll need to re-establish favorites for the new version
