How to download and set up your Whistic Plugin?

Click here to open the Chrome Web Store page and click on "Add to Chrome".
After confirming that the plugin was successfully added to Chrome, we recommend pinning it to your toolbar for easy access. Simply click on Extensions and hit the pin icon next to Whistic Plugin.
- When you launch the plugin, you will be prompted to authenticate to your Whistic account.
Login To Whistic or SSO Customers. If you log in to Whistic, you will be redirected to the website to enter your credentials. This only needs to happen once per session.
- You are now ready to harness the power of Whistic AI with the Knowledge Base plugin!
- Simply copy a question from the browser app and paste it into the plugin, or type a question directly into the Knowledge Base plugin. The plugin will return the results–without needing to switch screens.
- Note that you can filter for Questionnaires and/or Documents when using the plugin. Just click the filter icon on the left-hand side of the search bar.

If you are looking for information specific to any of your profile(s), you can choose the Profiles Search Type and make a selection of profiles you’d want to run Smart Search for.
- Review the answer using the same tools you use in Knowledge Base (AI Confidence, Answer Explanation, View Sources).
- Click the text to copy the answer to the clipboard, and simply paste it into whichever browser app you are using.
- Once you are done, hit the close button to close the plugin.

Why is the Chrome Plugin not opening on particular pages?
- The Chrome Plugin will not open on particular pages due to the design on Google's side. For example, on the main Google search page, the Plugin will not open. Simply open another webpage and then open the Chrome Plugin.

There was a fix that went out for the Chrome Plugin, do I need to update the version?
- The Chrome Plugin should automatically update you to the new version, if it has not updated please ensure to go to the Chrome Store and see if there is an update available. The most up-to-date Version available is 1.0.19 as of October 15, 2024.
