If your company supports multiple products you may be asked to complete an assessment for each individual product. If this happens you will notice that multiple requests show up on your dashboard, as in the screenshot directly below. This article walks through how to complete a questionnaire for different products, utilizing the Whistic platform.
🗒️ Steps
- If your dashboard resembles the screenshot above, there is no need to worry.
- The order in which you complete the questionnaires does not matter as they all lead to the same destination.
- You can only focus on one questionnaire at a time on the platform.
- Once you complete the first one, all your answers are saved, so you just need to make slight changes to the questionnaire to tailor it to the specific details of the other products.
- After completing the product questionnaire, you will encounter a message that will allow you to select the product request you want to fulfill. (For requesters, please note that "Vendor Product" refers to the vendor's name as displayed in your Vendor's tab)
