Summary
Whistic's Trust Center Exchange is a great place for you to find completed questionnaires as well as information on security data for a company.
In the Catalog, a locked icon next to a questionnaire indicates that it won't appear in the Vendor's Trust Center until approved by the vendor. The vendor will be notified to approve your access. You can cancel the request anytime if you no longer need access. Once canceled, the vendor will be notified that you no longer seek access.
📋 Steps

In the Assessment Activity of the vendor, you will see the pending profile, select Cancel to remove the request.
- You will get a pop-up confirming that you want to cancel the access request, select Yes.

If you cancel the request for one questionnaire within the Trust Center Exchange Trust Center and not the others, it will cancel both automatically. You will see this popup instead (example):
