Summary
The Dashboard displays data based on how you are using the Whistic Platform. The dashboard will only display a report if there is data related to it. Please note that the data displayed varies, depending on if you are using the Whistic Assess or Whistic Trust Center side of the platform.
There are two sections on the dashboard - 1) Reporting elements & 2) The Task List. Read on for more information.

Upper Dashboard
Assess highlights
- Total vendors - The total number of vendor records in your Whistic vendor catalog that you are managing or have assessed.
- # Assessed - Number of vendors assessed
- % Assessed - Percentage of vendors assessed
- Average time to complete - The average duration from when an assessment request is sent to a vendor until the vendor completes and submits their response.
Trust Center highlights
- Total shares - The cumulative number of times you have shared your Whistic Trust Center with customers or prospects.
- User Shares - The number of unique users or recipients who have received access to your Whistic Trust Center.
- Views - The total number of times recipients have viewed your shared Whistic Trust Center.
- Trust Center view rate - The percentage of Trust Center shares that result in actual views (Views รท Total Shares ร 100).
- Average Time to View - The average duration between when a Trust Center is shared with a recipient and when they first access/view the profile.
- Average Time to Approve - For Trust Center's requiring approval, the average time between when someone requests access to your Trust Center and when you approve their request.
- Date Range - Now listed for the Trust Center highlights so that users understand the timeframe for the data displayed.

- Assess a Vendor - This URL initiates the vendor assessment workflow to request security information from a vendor.
- View Vendors - This URL takes you to the Vendors menu/catalog where you manage your complete vendor population.
- View Trust Center - This URL provides access to Whistic's Trust Center Exchange - the marketplace of vendor security Trust Centers.
- Share Trust Center - This URL enables you to share your own Public Trust Center with customers and prospects.
โ Task List
If you want to easily view and filter your Vendor Risk Management or Whistic Trust Center tasks in a simple list format, the updated Task List provides a centralized view, enabling you to track progress and ensure that all requests are completed on time.
- Use the search bar at the top to find a specific request.
- Date and/or text (Task Type, Company Name, Request Type, etc.) columns can be sorted by tapping on their headers.
Vendor Risk Management
- Active Vendor Reviews - This table is a list of all vendors currently being reviewed within your company. Learn more here.
- Vendor Questionnaires I'm Waiting For - This table shows a list of vendors that have received a request to complete a questionnaire, in which your organization is still waiting to be returned.
- Scheduled Vendor Assessments (Next 30 Days) - This table shows assessments that are scheduled to go out in the next 30 days.
- Outstanding Customer Requests - This table displays questionnaires or clarifications that you have been requested to complete, that have not been completed or shared. Learn more about questionnaire requests here and clarification requests here.
- Questions Assigned to Me - This table shows a list of questions that have been assigned to you, on an individual basis, to complete on a questionnaire. Learn more here.
- Questions Assigned to Others - This table shows a list of assignees that have been assigned questions on a questionnaire and how many they still need to complete.
- Returned Requests Awaiting Review - This table display vendor responses that are ready for review but have not yet been started โ closing the visibility gap left by the previous "Vendor Questionnaires I'm Waiting For" section.
- Issues Assigned to Me - This table displays a list of Issues that are assigned to your account. Specifically, the Issue will appear here if you are listed as the Assignee on the Issue object. Once the Issue is in a 'final' status (ie. Closed, etc), the Issue will no longer appear in this table.
- All Open Issues - This table displays a list of all issues that are open in the overall account, not specific to a single user.
- My Open Assessments - This displays a list of all open assessments assigned to you as the assessment owner, including the assessment status.ย
Trust Center
- Whistic Trust Centers Shared With Me - This table shows all Whistic Trust Centers that have been shared with you. Learn more here.
- Pending Trust Center Requests - This table shows a list of requests that need to be approved or denied when a user requests access to a Whistic Trust Center via the external Trust Center link. Learn more here.
โก Bulk Actions on Tasks
You can now take action on multiple tasks at once directly from the Dashboard Task List โ no need to open each item individually. This is a great way to quickly clear out requests that have been resolved or are no longer relevant.
How to Use Bulk Actions
- Navigate to the Dashboard and open the Task List view.
- Locate the section you want to act on (see supported sections below).
- Check the box next to each task you want to act on โ or use the Select All checkbox at the top of the section to select everything at once.
- Once tasks are selected, click the Actions dropdown that appears next to the search bar.
- Choose the available action for that section and confirm when prompted.
