Summary
Archiving a user removes all permissions and makes the user no longer visible in your User Management. If you would still like access to the user but would like to disable them, please use the "Activate" checkbox to deactivate the user, suspending their access to Whistic.
If you need to unarchive a user, you will need to contact your Customer Success Manager or Whistic Support at support@whistic.com.

Access the Settings dropdown in the top navigation menu and select User Management

Locate the user that needs to be archived and select Edit

Select Archive in the top right corner of the pop up box

Confirm archiving the user by selecting Continue
