Summary
Did you accidentally send out too many questionnaires during a Bulk Request? Or maybe you are looking to clean up any outstanding questionnaire requests that are no longer needed?
Speed up the process by canceling the questionnaire requests in bulk. I've outlined the process below.
📋 Steps

Identify the vendors with questionnaires you'd like to cancel.
- There is a new field, Outstanding Assessment Requests, that can help you determine which vendors to include in your selection.
- Select the vendors.

Select the Action dropdown. Select Bulk Questionnaire Cancel.

A window will appear with a list of any outstanding assessment from among the vendors selected. Select 1 or more questionnaire to cancel.

Select Next and then Confirm on the following page and you will receive confirmation.
- Allow for a few moments to process the cancelations. Larger requests may take longer. You will receive a notification when the process is complete. As with regular cancelations, we will also notify the request recipient that the request is no longer needed.
