You may need to move sources (documents or questionnaires) from one assessment folder to another to ensure they're associated with the correct review cycle. Before You Begin
Important: You cannot move an outstanding questionnaire request to another folder. If you need to move a questionnaire that hasn't been completed yet, you'll need to cancel the original request and resend it from the correct folder. Once the vendor has shared back the completed questionnaire, you can then move it between folders.
How to Move a Source Between Assessment Folders
Step 1: Remove the Source from the Current Folder
- Navigate to the vendor's profile in your Whistic account
- Click Continue on the assessment folder containing the source you want to move
- Once the Review tab opens, locate the document or questionnaire you want to move
- Click the three dots next to the item
- Select Remove source from the dropdown menu
- A confirmation prompt will appear asking: "Are you sure you want to remove this source from the assessment?" with an option to "Remove associated documents as well"
- Confirm the removal
The source will now be removed from that assessment folder and will be stored in the vendor document repository so you never lose information.
Step 2: Add the Source to the New Folder
- Return to the Overview tab on the vendor details page
- Click Continue on the assessment folder where you want to add the source
- Click Add sources at the top of the page
- Select the option to Select or upload sources
- From the list provided, locate and select the source you just removed
- Click Update to add it to the folder
That's it! Your source has been successfully moved to the new assessment folder.
