🚀 Getting Started
To access the questionnaire filtering feature, navigate to the Assess tab at the top of the screen and select Questionnaires. This feature uses toggle switches to show or hide different categories of questionnaires based on their status once you successfully land on the page.

- Navigate to Assess at the top of the page and then select Questionnaires
- Locate the filter toggles at the top. You'll see four toggle switches:
- Pending Requests (enabled by default)
- Completed
- In Progress
- Updated Versions

- Click any toggle to enable or disable that filter
- You can have multiple toggles active simultaneously
- The questionnaire list will automatically update to show only items matching your selected filters

Pending Requests
- Shows questionnaires that have been sent to you by other organizations
- These require your response or action

Completed
- Displays questionnaires that have been fully completed (100% completion status)
- Useful for reviewing past submissions or referencing completed work

In Progress
- Shows questionnaires that are currently being worked on

Updated Versions

Pending requests typically require immediate attention and action. By showing these by default, you can quickly see what needs to be addressed without having to remember to enable the filter.

Yes, you can enable any combination of toggles to view questionnaires that match multiple criteria. For example, you can view both "In Progress" and "Pending Requests" simultaneously.
What happens if I disable all toggles?
If all toggles are disabled, all questionnaires will be displayed so that you can search and dive into any questionnaire to begin a self-assessment.
How do I know if there are updated versions available?
Enable the "Updated Versions" toggle to see questionnaires where the requesting organization has released a newer version after you completed a previous version.
Can I search within filtered results?
Yes, the search bar works in combination with your toggle selections. You can search for specific questionnaire names or organizations within your filtered view.
Do these filters affect questionnaires I've sent to vendors?
No, these filters only apply to questionnaires in your account. For questionnaires you've sent to vendors, you'll need to use the appropriate vendor management section.
Will my filter preferences be saved when I return to the Questionnaires page?
The "Pending Requests" toggle will always be enabled by default when you navigate to the Questionnaires page. Other toggle states may reset, so you may need to reapply your preferred filters each time you visit the page.
