Summary
You now have full control of the document types used for requests and reviews! Whistic provides default document types out of the box, and administrators can now add, edit, or remove types to match their organization's needs.

- Default Options: If you prefer, Whistic will still provide a set of standard document types.
- Customizable Document Types: Add new document types and remove others.
⚙️ Customizing Document Types
Administrators can now customize the document types available for requests and labeling:
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Assess Settings (can also be access through the Assess drop-down)
- Scroll down until you see Manage Document Types
- In the "Manage Document Types" section:
- Add new
- Delete existing

Edit existing
- Edits will automatically update any document given the previous type.
Assigning Types During Reviews
- Until a file is given a 'type,' it will be listed as the original file name (ie. filename.pdf)
- It can be assigned a type during or before the document review
- A document type is not required
- Once given a type, it can be edited
