You can also answer questions requested from other third-party portals using Whistic's Knowledge Base Browser Plug-in, or download the questionnaire and import it so Smart Response can answer it all at once.
- If you have multiple product lines that require different responses, simply select the specific set of sources you would like Whistic AI to use to answer this questionnaire.
- Choose to manually approve all AI responses or to auto-approve high-confidence answers, saving you clicks.
