Summary
Would you like to begin using Vendor Smart Search, Vendor Summary or Vendor Insights, but don't know how to enable the feature for your vendors? Here, you'll learn how to enable this feature for individual vendors, or for several at a time with just a few clicks.
A few things to keep in mind before getting started:
- Allow a few minutes for Whistic to process the documents and questionnaires you have collected for this vendor.
- As you add new sources of evidence for this vendor, they will automatically be processed for AI to use. Allow newly added content time to process as well.
- You can monitor the status of the processing atop the Vendor Detail page or within each vendor row of the Vendor Catalog under the heading Smart Search.
- In addition to questionnaires housed in Whistic, the following document file types are processed: .xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, .csv, . docx, .pdf.
- If Smart Search has been enabled on the Vendor Detail page, it will also be available for Vendor Insights.
