- If you wish to change your Role Source from Whistic-controlled roles to IDP-controlled roles, please reach out to Whistic Support for assistance. Our team will simply toggle your role source on the backend and will provide you with additional support if needed.
đ How do I update my X509 Certificate?
If your X509 Certificate is going to expire or has expired, don't worry! Simply gather a copy of the new and/or updated SSO metadata and provide it to Whistic Support. Once we receive the new/updated SSO metadata, we will promptly update the information and reach out to confirm that you and your team can log in with ease. We're here to help!
