🎯 Our Mission
Whistic's mission is to enable proactive vendor security. We created the Whistic Trust Center to allow you to proactively share your security posture with both your current and prospective customers.
The Trust Center link feature takes proactive sharing to the next level. This feature provides you with an external link, with which other companies can request access to your Whistic Trust Center.
Please note: Availability is based on your company's package with Whistic. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for questions.
🔗 How to use
1. If your public website has a security, privacy, or compliance page - post this link in a visible place. You can even associate the link to one of the banners we have available, such as the one below.
2. As a potential customer investigates your security posture, they can select this link to request access to your Whistic Trust Center.
3. The link will open a form requesting the user to register or sign in to Whistic. Here is an example of the request form:
4. The requester is then emailed an invitation to log in and view your Whistic Trust Center. You will also receive a notification that someone has requested access.
5. All existing controls for access will still apply, such as expiration timeframes, NDA, reporting, tracking via the Customers Menu, etc.
6. Set up additional control abilities:
- Toggle the link to Enabled (anyone following the link will gain access) and toggle 'Enabled' off (the link is disabled, and no new requests will gain access)
- Require approval for requests to access your Trust Center. If on, all requests will be sent to you for approval prior to the requester gaining access. If off, all requests will gain immediate access to your Trust Center. When on, you can view pending requests awaiting action in your Dashboard under the section Pending Trust Center Requests.
7. You can Approve or Decline access the requests for access to your Trust Center/Trust Center by navigating to your dashboard and selecting Pending Trust Center Requests. Clicking the Actions menu will allow you select an option
Once you have approved or declined, you will receive a pop-up indicating that an email will be sent to the requester with your selection.
