Summary
Whistic makes it easy to manage your sensitive security documentation once you've sent it to a customer. A complete history of your Trust Center shares can be found by clicking on Trust Center > Shares (accessed from the top navigation menu).
📋 How to Edit Columns in your Shares List

Click on Trust Center > Shares from the Menu on the top

Once you are in the Shares list, you will see a list of Trust Centers that your team has sent out. You can adjust the information displayed in the list by using the Add/Select Columns button at the top. Choose to include data columns such as Version (Trust Center Version), NDA Status (N/A, Pending, Accepted), *Viewed Date, Recipient Email, or NDA Overridden Reason - among many others.
Also, if a share does not have an NDA required in the Trust Center settings, then N/A will be shown under NDA Status regardless of whether an NDA Override was provided from Salesforce etc.
✏️ How to Edit and View Shares
For more information and to edit the share, simply select the row of the share you would like to adjust. Once selected, a window will appear with additional information that you can edit.
To make adjustments, select Edit. In edit mode, you can take the following actions:
A - Get the manual invitation link, in case the recipient isn't receiving the automatic email invitation
Should the user not receive the email, no worries! Email receipt can be affected by the recipient organization's security settings—firewalls, inbox rules, or email filtering policies that block or quarantine emails from external platforms. Even if the email isn't in their spam folder, it may have been filtered elsewhere before reaching their inbox.
To resolve, you can grab the direct registration link to assist the user in registering and accessing the shared Trust Center.
B - Add additional recipients
If 'Add Recipient' is used, the Trust Center share date in the email notification that's sent when the additional recipient is added will show the original share date, even if the additional recipient was added on a later date than the original share date.
C - Adjust the expiration date
This date can only be adjusted if it hasn't already passed. If the share has already expired, a new share will need to be initiated.
D - Cancel the share
If a Trust Center is shared with the same recipient multiple times and the duplicate share is cancelled, the Share Status in the Customers view will show as 'Cancelled' if the most recent share is cancelled. If the share(s) previous to the most recent are cancelled the status will still reflect as 'Shared'.
E - Override the NDA requirement* (NDA Bypass) - This feature is useful if you have obtained an NDA outside of the Whistic platform.
Overriding the NDA will only apply to the recipient of this Trust Center. If the Trust Center is shared with other people at a later date they will continue to get a prompt to sign the NDA until it is Overridden or someone at the recipient company signs the Trust Center's NDA.
