Summary
When Whistic Trust Centers are created, they can be set up to share on a subscription (most up-to-date Trust Center) or as a snapshot. A subscription Trust Center will remain up to date for as long as the Trust Center has been shared. A 'snapshot' shows the Trust Center at the time it's being shared, but not any additional updates after the share.
🔄 Steps
Trust Center Customers
The subscription method of sharing enables you to edit your Trust Center and permits those with whom you have already shared it to see the most up-to-date content the next time they view your Trust Center on the platform. To enable this feature follow the steps below.
- Go to the Whistic Trust Center tab.
- Find the Trust Center that you want to update by clicking the three-dot icon in the upper-right-hand corner and selecting Trust Center Settings.
- Scroll down to the Trust Center Updates section.
- Select Subscription.
- Save the Trust Center.
An edit to the Trust Center content constitutes an edit to the Trust Center, and recipients will see the most up-to-date saved version. This includes a Trust Center summary, Trust Center description, badges, documents, questionnaires, and security team members.
Free Customers
