Assess
Export Vendor Summary as a Spreadsheet
You can now export Vendor Summary reports in Excel (XLSX) format in addition to PDF, making it easier to share and analyze the data. Columns provide visibility to the answers, as well as additional AI-powered Smart Search, including answer explanations, confidence levels, and sources used. With these extra fields, you gain greater transparency and control over your vendor assessments. Lean more.
Additional Vendor Summary Frameworks
We’ve expanded support for the CIS framework in Vendor Summary. Previously, only CIS-IG2 was available, but now you can use CIS questionnaires for all three implementation groups: IG-1, IG-2, and IG-3. This enhancement allows you to align your Vendor Summary framework with the appropriate risk level for each vendor. Learn more.

New Setting to Hide Custom Notes in Profile Shares
To help organizations standardize their profile-sharing process, we’ve introduced a new admin setting to disable custom “per share” notes. Previously, users could always add custom messages when sharing a profile. Now, admins can turn off this option in Admin Tools > Company Settings > Profile, ensuring a consistent experience for all recipients. Learn more.

New PCI SAQ P2PE HW Questionnaire
We’ve added the PCI SAQ P2PE HW questionnaire, designed for merchants and service providers using hardware-based point-to-point encryption (P2PE) solutions. This assessment helps organizations handling cardholder data via P2PE hardware, such as retail stores, restaurants, and healthcare providers using card readers or POS terminals, maintain PCI DSS compliance.
