For customers who use the Vendor Assess side of the platform, it's important to keep track of vendors that have outstanding questionnaires so that you can follow up with them.
🗂️ Steps
Outstanding questionnaires can be tracked in 3 places: Vendors, Reporting and Dashboard Task List
🏢 Vendors
- Go to Vendor Catalog.
- Select
- Check the box for "Outstanding Questionnaires"
- Orient the columns.
- If the vendor has any outstanding questionnaires
- To view vendors with outstanding questionnaires, they will each be listed in a comma-delimited list in this field.
📊 Reporting
- Go to Reporting
- Make sure that "Show" is set to "Vendors"
- Select
- Check the box for "Outstanding Questionnaires"
- Orient the columns.
To export the results, click on Actions > Export Results
✅ Dashboard Task List
- Choose Task List on your Dashboard

In the menu list of tasks on the left-hand side, filter by Vendor Questionnaires I am Waiting For
Pro tip: Use the search bar at the top to find specific vendor questionnaires you are waiting for.
