Are you overdue for updating your vendor's information?
With Whistic, you have the convenience of updating vendor profiles directly with the business sponsor without having to leave the platform.
Steps
1. Access the Vendor Catalog.
2. Choose a vendor to update.
3. Click on the Contacts dropdown. Internal contacts will display an Update Vendor button.
Important: If you do not see the Update Vendor button, it could be related to your company's Whistic plan. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Whistic Support for help.
4. Click the button and a window will appear to confirm.
5. You can cancel the request by clicking on the Cancel Update button.

Can I customize the notification?
- You can customize the email notification that is sent to your vendor - See how HERE

Can I request multiple updates?
- You can only send one vendor update request at a time per vendor.

Can I change the email of the vendor?
- Changing the email address of a vendor is not possible because it is linked to their registration information. Instead, a new vendor contact needs to be created.
- The recipient will be sent an email requesting them to review the vendor information and submit any necessary updates.
- You will be notified separately when the recipient makes updates.
