Summary
Once a questionnaire has been completed it can be added to your Basic Profile as a completed questionnaire. Please refer to the article Completing a Self-Assessment for your Whistic Profile for more information on how to self-assess on Industry Standard questionnaires.
Note: If you do not have Basic Profile enabled on your account please reach out to support@whistic.com for assistance.
Steps
1. Select Whistic Profile from the left-side navigation menu
2. Choose a profile or select 'Edit' to create a new one:

3. Once the correct profile is chosen, you will want to click 'Edit' at the top of the screen to go into 'Edit Mode'. Once in edit mode, your screen will look like this:
4. Next, you will scroll down to the 'Questionnaires' section. Once there, you will click on '+Questionnaire' on the right-hand side:
5. Changes are auto-saved, but once you have added the questionnaire, you can select 'Done' at the top of the page to exit 'Edit Mode'
