Summary
Publishing to the Trust Catalog can be a major help to Whistic customers who wish to assess vendors. This article covers the steps needed to publish, remove, or update your Trust Catalog Profile.
There are times when you need to update information or no longer wish to have your Whistic Profile published to the Trust Catalog. It is important to keep the contents of the Trust Catalog current to provide a client with the most accurate data.
Steps
Publish

Navigate to Whistic Profile from the left side menu in Whistic

Once you have selected the profile you wish to publish to the Trust Catalog, click on the three dots on the left and select Profile Settings

In Settings scroll down to the option for Publish to Trust Catalog

Click on Select Product/Service Name and choose Add New Product/Service. Here you will define the Product/Service that this particular profile represents. This will be displayed on your Trust Catalog profile.

Once you have defined your Product/Service, you can choose to select the option to Require Admin Approval. When this option is selected, a user with Admin privileges must approve the requester prior to them gaining access to your Whistic Profile.

When you are ready to publish, click the Publish button.

Congratulations! You've just published your Whistic Profile to our Trust Catalog!
Remove

Navigate to the Publish to Trust Catalog section in your profile Settings.

Locate the Unpublish button and select it.

Your Whistic Profile will no longer be available on the Trust Catalog.
Update

Make the necessary changes/updates to your Whistic Profile

Once the changes have been made, simply Unpublish and Re-Publish your profile to the Trust Catalog.

You will see the changes effective immediately

How do I change or affect the RiskRecon score that shows?
- The Mastercard RiskRecon scores are not controlled by Whistic. To manage those, please contact RiskRecon.
- What details will show in the Trust Catalog
- All questionnaires located in the Trust Catalog and on Whistic Profiles will have a Created Date and an Updated Date (if applicable). These will also show on the questionnaire details, in addition to Requested, Returned, and Shared dates.
