Below are some helpful tips and tricks regarding your "Customers" tab, which can be located from the left-side menu within the Whistic platform.
- Profile shares are recorded in the Customers tab, where you can view and edit previous shares. To learn more, please click HERE.
- Customizing your Customers tab is a great way to personalize your view. For more info on customizing your Customers tab, please click HERE.
- All Shares that happen from Whistic are recorded in the Customers tab. This includes Profile Shares from Whistic, Profile Shares from SalesForce, Profile access from the Profile link, or a a completed questionnaire share. You can look at the share source column in the Customers tab to see where a share comes from
- Anytime that a profile is shared, the recipient receives an email to register/login to view the profile. If the recipient isn't yet registered, you can locate the company for that recipient in your Customers tab and copy a registration link which you can then provide to the recipient:
- Archive Shares:
- (Optional) If you did any shares that you would now like to permanently remove from all reporting pages, please submit your request to support@whistic.com
- Alternatively, you may prefer to simply cancel the share as shown HERE.
